A complete renovation of a stunning 5-bedroom Victorian villa. We were commissioned to revitalise the home after the previous owners’ 40-year residency.

The new owners, a young family, sought to modernise the property.

Our work included restoring the Minton hallway floor tiles, replacing two bathrooms, rewiring and replastering the entire house, updating the flooring, and redecorating throughout.

Additionally, we project managed the construction of an impressive extension, creating a ten metre kitchen / diner / family room to replace the old conservatory.
