Design consultancy only
Our design consultancy offers two options:
Video call: This virtual consultation allows us to discuss your design needs, ideas, and any specific challenges. We’ll explore your vision in detail and offer personalised advice on how to proceed, perfectly tailored to your space. This session is ideal for those seeking expert guidance without the need for an in-person visit, ensuring you feel confident moving forward.
Face-to-face meeting: For clients who prefer an in-person consultation, we offer a comprehensive walkthrough of your space. We will meet at your property to assess the area, discuss your design vision, and provide bespoke recommendations. Seeing the space firsthand allows us to offer more detailed and personalised suggestions, helping you bring your design to life with confidence.
Video call: £120 + VAT
Face-to-face meeting: £200 + VAT
Design consultancy with drawings
This option includes everything offered in our standard design consultancy option, plus the added benefit of visual tools to help you better understand the proposed design.
Video call: As with our standard design consultancy, we will explore your design needs during a virtual session. In addition to tailored advice, we will provide a detailed moodboard or scamp after the consultation to visually capture the essence of your design concept.
Face-to-face meeting: If you prefer an in-person consultation, we will visit your property to assess the space and discuss your design vision in detail. Following the meeting, we will supply a professional drawing that clearly illustrates the design plan, giving you a tangible reference to guide your project.
Video call: £395 + VAT
Face-to-face meeting: £500 + VAT
Interior design
After the design scheme is finalised, we move into the sourcing phase, where we find the perfect materials, furniture, and accessories to match your vision.
Our team works closely with trusted suppliers and tradespeople to ensure every item is in line with the agreed aesthetic. From fabrics to fixtures, we ensure the chosen pieces align with both style and function.
We provide ongoing management throughout the process to keep things running smoothly, addressing any issues as they arise. Whether you need help with selecting specific elements or managing the full installation, we tailor our involvement to suit your needs, ensuring the end result is beautifully executed.
Pricing for this option can be structured as an hourly rate or a flat fee, depending on the size and complexity of the project.
Project management
Our project management service takes the pressure off you, whether you are overseeing a home renovation or a complete redesign. We source the best tradespeople, or work with your existing team, to ensure everything runs according to plan.
From scheduling to problem-solving on-site, we handle every detail to keep the project on track. We provide you with regular updates, addressing any concerns and making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
Whether you’re based locally or remotely, we ensure clear communication throughout, making it easy for you to stay informed and involved without needing to manage the day-to-day logistics yourself.
